AI BUSINESS IN A BOX (AIBiB)
By registering, purchasing, attending, accessing, or participating in AI Business in a Box ("Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions
"Organizer" refers to AI Business in a Box, its owners, directors, employees, trainers, affiliates, contractors, partners, agents, and representatives.
"Participant" refers to the individual who purchases or attends the Program.
"Program" refers to AI Business in a Box, including but not limited to live events, workshops, recordings, online materials, presentations, documents, templates, resources, bonuses, and related content.
2. Registration and Payment
2.1 Registration
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or approved payment arrangement by the Organizer.
2.2 Pricing
The Organizer reserves the right to modify pricing, promotions, bonuses, discounts, and offers without prior notice.
Price differences resulting from future promotions shall not entitle previously registered Participants to refunds, credits, or adjustments.
2.3 Payment Plans
Where payment plans are offered:

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access and attendance privileges.

Outstanding balances remain payable regardless of attendance.
2.4 Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for arranging and paying for:

9. Recording and Media Release
9.1 Event Recording
The Program may be photographed, filmed, recorded, or streamed.
By attending, Participants grant the Organizer permission to use their:

9.2 Participant Recording
Participants may not record the event in any format without prior written approval from the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Participant whose conduct is deemed disruptive, abusive, threatening, inappropriate, or harmful.

Where recordings, online materials, bonuses, or digital resources are provided:

Access is granted solely to the registered Participant.
11.2 Sharing Prohibited
Login credentials and access links may not be shared.
11.3 Technology Issues
The Organizer shall not be liable for:

12. Assumption of Risk

Any dispute arising from or relating to the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the specific courts.
Acknowledgement
By registering for, purchasing, accessing, attending, or participating in AI Business in a Box, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
